Fall resolution

Today the girls and I are off to do some  autumn-y activities.  We’re heading up to Granville to check out the Chili cook off, pick apples, and make pie.  I’m always grateful for friends like Amy, those who embrace seasonal fun and act on it in a timely fashion.  So often I pay little attention to seasons and suddenly the moment has passed and we’re in a new season.  Kids deserve fun in October.  They need haunted houses, corn mazes, apple picking, and Halloween parties.  Therefore, I am making a resolution to make October fun.  Time for pumpkins, ghostly decorations, elaborate  costumes, and perhaps even a trick-0r-treating preparty.
